「Latea's Art Term of Service 」

Please Read carefully !

✦ IMPORTANT :

  • The Artist need references or a mood board with a description of what the client want.

  • The Artist Specialize in environmental landscape illustrations.

  • The Artist will not draw NSFW, Hard Gore, complex characters and buildings.

  • The illustraiton take about 2 weeks or more to make, depending on the complexity .

  • The Artist will send updates and the final illustration as a PNG.

  • The client has free revision up to 3 times, afterwards any changes will be charged.

  • When the client requesting changes please send it in an organized message, do not wait until the artist update the client on the progress.

  • The client can not request any large changes in the detailing process , unless the client is able to pay for it.

  • the Artist time zone is GMT+7 that means updates and responses may come at odd time.

✦ PAYMENT :

  • The artist accept payment via PayPal

  • The artist requires half of the payment after approving the sketch, the rest of the payment will be due upon finishing up.

  • The client can not ask for a refund after the flat colors has been done

✦ USAGE :

  • Disclose your commission usage (Personal / Commercial)

  • The Client does not have the right to claim the illustration as their own

  • The artist reserve all the right to the illustrationand may use it for samples, promotion and portfolio

  • The Client has to credit the artist

  • Do not use the illustration for AI training, NFT and reselling

  • Do not remove the illustration watermark

  • Do not alter or repurpose the illustration without the artist consent
